Movie Plot:

Richard Perry, a naval lieutenant, is assigned to stop a crime ring in the early 20th century. While trying to ferret out the gang leaders, he falls in love with Lil Duryea. However, when he is wrongly convicted and sentenced to death, Lil pleads for help from incoming president Theodore Roosevelt.
