Movie Plot:

A CIA agent is assigned by his mysterious superior to carry out a plan to attack the World Trade Center and the Pentagon with unmanned jets, and the agents must navigate their suspicious lead engineer and attempts by the Army and FBI to uncover the plot. However, complications arise when the media begins reporting on discrepancies in the attacks, causing chaos and raising suspicion.
