Movie Plot:

A group of fat individuals in Israel leave a diet workshop and discover the world of sumo where they can embrace their bodies and find acceptance. Herzl, a dish washer at a Japanese restaurant, becomes exposed to sumo through his manager and wants him to coach his overweight friends who have given up on diets. The film portrays the journey of these individuals as they come to terms with their bodies and learn to appreciate themselves through sumo.
