Plot for the movie:

30 years after Inspector Clouseau cleared Maria Gambrelli of a murder charge, she has moved to a seaside town where her son, Jacques, works as a local police officer. When Princess Yasmin is kidnapped, Chief Inspector Dreyfus is called in to find her, but struggles with Jacques’ Clouseau-like behavior. As they work together, Dreyfus is also concerned about the possibility that Jacques may be Clouseau’s son.
