Two vacuum-cleaner salesmen mistakenly join the army and one of them, “Jeeper”, tries to convince a traditional cavalry officer that mechanical tanks are the future of warfare. Meanwhile, love blossoms between the colonel’s daughter and a mechanical engineer in the tank corps while “Jeeper” entertains with a performance and tricks the audience with spiked lemonade.
