Plot for the movie:

The Range Busters, a group of cowboys, are selected to transport horses to the Philippines but encounter spies attempting to steal the horses. They also uncover a Japanese spy on their ranch and a German spy in the Philippines. They capture the spies and return to Texas where they deal with a neighboring rancher who is an Axis contact, and are celebrated by the government. As they hear news of the Pearl Harbor bombing, they decide to enlist in the military.
