Plot for the movie:

The film follows the rivalry between two radical theatre groups in the 1950s. Despite being from different groups, Bhrigu and Anusuya, who are both refugees from Bangladesh, fall in love and Anusuya ultimately chooses to stay with Bhrigu instead of marrying Samar and moving to France.
