Plot for the movie:

The plot follows a liquor wholesaler named Mike Gallagher who is pressured by the FBI to reveal information about a mob hit, causing his name to be publicized by a journalist. Despite having an alibi for the murder, Gallagher chooses not to share it in order to protect a friend, but tragedy ensues when the journalist exposes his involvement. Seeking revenge, Gallagher learns the source of the story and takes action against the FBI and Federal Attorney.
