Plot for the movie:

The plot follows Ken Takahara, a troublesome prisoner who is transferred to the unique Tanigawa Prison, which has no walls and focuses on rehabilitation through hard work and respect. Despite a rocky start, the prisoners and local residents come together to support the concept, but a rival company hires the local yakuza gang to destroy the prison. In the midst of a confrontation, Takahara takes action to thwart the threat, but is ultimately returned to his previous prison.
