Movie Plot:

The plot follows the last twelve hours of Jesus of Nazareth’s life, beginning with his betrayal by Judas and leading up to his crucifixion in Jerusalem. Along the way, he is confronted by the Pharisees, brought before Pontius Pilate, and ultimately handed over to be tortured and killed, fulfilling the prophecy of his death and anguishing over his relationship with God along the way.
