Movie Plot:

Mr. Pascal, a war hero and new teacher, introduces modern teaching methods to the boys in Salezes, including hands-on projects, critical thinking, and a student-run magazine. However, this causes conflict with the mayor and others who are against this approach. The teacher offers a deal that if even one student fails the national exam, he will resign, with all eyes on Albert, an older student who has failed three times before.
