Movie Plot:

Despite being rivals for the farmer’s daughter, farmhands Keaton and Roberts live together in a cottage filled with mechanical devices. In a comical twist, Keaton causes complications for Roberts and the farmer by pretending to be a scarecrow, but ultimately wins the farmer’s daughter when she mistakes his kneeling for a proposal.
