Movie Plot:

Ted, a boogie-woogie bandleader, arrives at the pearly gates and is directed to the Hall of Music, where he must convince a panel of esteemed composers and musicians, led by Beethoven, of the merit and originality of his music. With the help of an angel named Joy, Ted must also pass a final test of creating an original piece of music in ten minutes.
