Movie Plot:

Phaen, a music-loving young man, meets and falls in love with Sadao at a temple fair. Despite his dreams of becoming a famous singer, he is forced to leave his pregnant wife and enter military service. After a brief stint in a band in Bangkok, he faces numerous struggles and longs for the simpler times when he first met Sadao and gave her a transistor radio.
