Movie Plot:

Ramu is a recent graduate living in a lower-middle-class neighborhood in post-Partition Kolkata. Despite facing financial struggle and family obligations, he finds happiness with his girlfriend Uma. After the family is evicted and Seeta runs away, Ramu shows compassion and invites Sagar, a homeless chemist, to live with them, symbolizing a sense of hope and renewal.
