Movie Plot:

A young man named Martin Asher takes a bus to Canada in the 1980s where he meets and kills another teen named Matt Soulsby. Years later, an FBI profiler comes to Canada to track down Asher, who has been living under multiple identities and is now a serial killer responsible for multiple murders. A witness saw Asher kill his latest victim, along with a claim from Asher’s mother that she saw him in Quebec City and believes him to be evil.
