Movie Plot:

Popeye and Olive are on a winter vacation in Lake Plastered, NY where Popeye tries to teach Olive to ice skate. However, Olive catches the attention of Bluto, a skiing instructor who tries to make a move on her. But when Bluto puts Olive in a dangerous situation, Popeye comes to her rescue and they all end up skiing together.
