Movie Plot:

Popeye and Olive are at a rodeo where they watch Badlands Bluto perform stunts to impress Olive. However, when Dynamite the bronco breaks out and Popeye uses spinach to defeat Bluto and win Olive’s affections. Later, Bluto tricks Popeye into eating loco weed and challenges him to throw a bull. Popeye imagines Olive as a bull and comes to her rescue with more spinach.
