Movie Plot:

As the elections approach, Martial Perrin and the “independent progressive conservatives” party are campaigning. However, a feared gangster who has just escaped from jail wants revenge on Perrin, so he asks his cousin Gilbert, who looks identical to him, to take his place in the upcoming debates and meetings. Gilbert, who knows nothing about politics, is reluctant.
