Movie Plot:

A boy tries and fails to retrieve a 500 franc note from a storm drain, resorting to stealing a gumball and eventually finding a piece of gum. He is then interrupted by a man with a invention, leading to a fight. The boy attempts to retrieve the note again, but it is washed away by a rush of water.
