Movie Plot:

After a passenger train kills a man named Orzechowski in 1950, an inquiry is held to determine the cause of the accident. Testimony from various individuals, including Tuszka, the station master, and Zapora, the young engineer on the train, reveals a complex and conflicting portrayal of Orzechowski and the societal tensions present in the workers’ world.
