Movie Plot:

Esther Clay, wife of a district attorney, has an affair with a man named Jack Keene and is later accused of killing him. Her son Bob confesses to the shooting and is sentenced to life imprisonment, while a butler who knows the truth blackmails Esther. Meanwhile, the father of the family is summoned to the scene by the son’s girlfriend.
