Movie Plot:

The plot follows the residents of an old tenement building in Vienna, as they deal with the changing times and the arrival of a new owner who wants to get rid of them and make money from the property. The owner’s actions bring the tenants closer together, leading to a chaotic finale where the outside world intervenes.
