Movie Plot:

During carnival season, Bobby the singing jockey hopes to win a horse race with Stardust, which will give him the means to propose to Maggie, a carnival florist. However, Tony, a balloon man, has a plan to sabotage Stardust and has placed a bet on the race that could potentially cost him his business. The outcome of the race is uncertain.
