Movie Plot:

The House of Culture is organizing a Christmas carnival with a variety of acts such as solo performances, dancing, and circus acts, as well as live music and other entertainment. However, the newly appointed acting director, Serafim Ivanovich Ogurtsov, is not pleased with the program and believes everything should be done to a higher standard.
