Movie Plot:

In the sequel to “Cotton Comes to Harlem,” two cops, Gravedigger and Coffin Ed, must stop the return of a notorious prohibition era gangster, Charleston Blue, who is once again causing trouble in Harlem with his signature Blue straight edge razors. The two cops must navigate a complex investigation to uncover the truth behind Charleston Blue’s supposed reappearance.
