A married couple returns home from a party where the husband has been charmed by a seductive friend of his wife and is acting condescendingly towards her. The wife decides to teach him a lesson by transforming herself into a “modern-day woman” and suggesting they all go to a nightclub together, making it clear she is open to changing partners. The husband accuses her of ruining his happiness, but the wife takes pleasure in knowing she has won.
