Movie Plot:

The plot follows Grimaldi, a swindler, who pretends to be a high-ranking Italian army officer to extort money from families of prisoners. After being caught, he is forced by the Gestapo to impersonate a Resistance leader in order to identify other members of the Resistance while in jail.
