Movie Plot:

Paul Rigaud, a journalist who was wrongly imprisoned on Devil’s Island, is released and becomes embittered towards the prison system. With the help of his friend Lulu, he discovers a secret gold mine run by the prison warden and wealthy plantation owner Jacques Boucher. After defeating them, Rigaud is granted a pardon and marries the governor’s daughter Giselle, while also successfully shutting down the prison.
