Plot for the movie:

After finding out his wife cannot bear children, Sriram takes on the blame and marries a Nepali girl, Manisha, while on a business trip in order to have a child. Years later, his father discovers the truth and wants Sriram to make things right with his wife, but instead Sriram chooses to keep the affair a secret and brings Manisha into their home where she is eventually accepted by his wife.
