Movie Plot:

A young boy, David Balfour, is left orphaned when his father dies and is sent to collect his inheritance from his uncle Ebenezer. However, Ebenezer sells David as a slave to a pirate ship. David is eventually rescued by a Stuart supporter named Alan Breck Stewart, and they have various encounters as they navigate back to Edinburgh.
