Plot for the movie:

In 1939, Rich fulfills his dream of becoming a cowboy by owning a fledgling ranch in northern British Columbia with his partner Pan. After marrying an aspiring socialite, Gloria, and facing financial struggles due to the war, Rich is forced to hire inexperienced workers and use Gloria as a cowgirl to keep the ranch afloat. However, one of the workers has a secret and another has a controversial past.
