Plot for the movie:

A high-powered American executive, Mac, living in West Berlin with his wife is faced with a series of challenges involving his work, his love affairs and the unexpected visit of his boss’s rebellious daughter whom he tries to get rid of before her parents arrive. The situation becomes more complicated when Scarlett gets married to a staunch East German Communist and becomes pregnant, forcing Mac to try and make amends before the Hazeltines arrive.
