Movie Plot:

Gene Autry is distressed when the heirs of the Rancho Grande ranch, known for their wild behavior, show up with plans to turn the property into a pleasure resort. The late owner had mortgaged the ranch to fund an irrigation project, and the heirs are encouraged by their attorney, who stands to profit if they fail to meet their obligations. However, Gene is no stranger to dealing with disrespectful heirs and will not let them ruin the ranch.
