Plot for the movie:

As Charlie is walking in the park, a girl leaves a seaman on a bench and joins Charlie on a different bench. The seaman wakes up, and as a result, a chaotic brick fight breaks out between the seaman and Charlie. The fight eventually leads to all four characters falling into the water while the policemen try to intervene.
