Movie Plot:

In Medellín in 1989, Antonio brings his friend Rosario, who has a mysterious connection to the underworld, to the hospital after she is shot. As she undergoes surgery, Antonio reflects on their complicated relationships: Emilio falls for Rosario, who keeps their relationship separate from her dangerous work, while Antonio stands by as a loyal friend who falls in love with her. Despite the violent landscape of Medellín, there is hope for real love to prevail.
