Movie Plot:

Pluto sneaks into an army base to try to get some food that the mascots are getting, but ends up getting caught by the real mascot, Gunther Goat. In a failed attempt to impress the GIs, Pluto copies Gunther’s chewing of tobacco, but ends up being the cause of Gunther’s downfall as the new mascot.
