Movie Plot:

Popeye and Olive encounters Bluto in the city of Badgag, where he shows off his magic tricks and turns Popeye into a donkey and a parrot. After a battle between the two, Olive saves the day by giving Popeye spinach and using Bluto’s own magic to turn him into a canary. They then fly off on a flying carpet, passing by the Statue of Liberty.
