Movie Plot:

Professor Utonium creates three superpowered girls, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, who have a hard time controlling their abilities and are treated like outcasts in Townsville. They must learn to use their powers for good and take on their former lab assistant, Jojo, who wants to take over the city. In the end, the girls learn about responsibility and the importance of using their powers for the greater good.
