Movie Plot:

A pre-med student named Paige from a small town in Wisconsin meets and falls in love with a fellow student, Eddie, who turns out to be Crown Prince Edvard of Denmark. Despite initial struggles with acceptance from the royal family, Paige and Edvard end up getting engaged, but Paige ultimately chooses to pursue her dream of working with Doctors Without Borders, while Edvard suggests a different plan to stay together.
