Movie Plot:

Tom and Mae Garvey, a hardworking farming couple, are facing numerous challenges including a downturn in the economy, flooding of their land, and manipulations by a local man, Joe Wade, who wants to buy their and others’ riverfront properties to build a dam for his own benefit. Despite their determination to stay on their family farm, it becomes increasingly difficult for the Garveys to hold onto their land.
