Movie Plot:

Inspector Clouseau is sent to study Canadian prison systems in Canada and becomes the hostage of a dangerous criminal named Caribou Lou. Clouseau tries to sedate Lou and then appeals to his vanity in an attempt to escape and eventually secrets a rifle inside a fake camera to “shoot” Lou.
