Movie Plot:

The Hong Kong Triads, an underground criminal organization with roots in the resistance against the government, reached their peak in the 90’s with control over illegal activities. However, as the Hong Kong handover to China approached, a college graduate chose to join the Triads and help them survive into the new millennium.
