Movie Plot:

After being on the run for 15 years, Kim Dusik is close to the end of the statute of limitations for his murder case in Korea. His son Philip grows up in the Philippines and confronts his father for mistreating his mother, leading to a fight that results in Dusik losing his eyesight and being forced to stay in the Philippines with his son.
