Movie Plot:

During the Ukrainian Civil War, a landlord’s faithful doorman stays behind to protect the family’s valuables while they flee from Bolshevik troops. The doorman’s son ends up joining the Bolsheviks and is later executed by the White Army, leading the doorman to burn down the estate in despair.
